FINCA CONSTANCIA S.L., hereafter “the COMPANY” is the owner of the www.fincaconstancia.es website (hereafter “the Website”). The COMPANY’s registered office is at Camino del Bravo s/n
45543 Otero (Toledo) España and its VAT number is B- 45035359.

The Company guarantees that it will protect all details of personal nature that the User provides on the Website and, in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December concerning the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature and the provisions of RD 1720/2007 of 21st December and other applicable regulations, advises the User that:

a) All details of a personal nature provided to the COMPANY will be processed by the COMPANY in compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December concerning the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature and the provisions of RD 1720/2007 of 21st December and will be stored in the WEBSITE USER’s database that has been created, is maintained by and is the responsibility of the COMPANY, and has been duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

b) The data are collected for the following purposes: to ensure proper management of the services and products requested (i) management and consideration of and response to enquiries and (ii) the sending by electronic means of advertising and marketing material about the company, its activities, products and services and other documentation of different kinds.

c) In compliance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21st December, appropriate security measures are applied to the collection and processing of data of a personal nature in order to prevent loss of and unauthorised capture and handling of the data.

d) The COMPANY undertakes to protect the confidential information to which it has access. The COMPANY will never pass on to third parties the data of a personal nature that you supply other than to the third parties referred to in paragraph b) of this document or in order to pursue its own purposes.

e) The user certifies that they are over 14 years of age and that they therefore have the necessary legal capacity to give their consent to their personal data being processed in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.

f) The user may at any time exercise their rights to access, amend, cancel and oppose the use of their personal data and/or revoke their consent regarding any of the abovementioned purposes by sending a duly signed letter to the COMPANY at the postal address given above. The User’s contact details must be shown clearly in the letter and a photocopy of the User’s DNI/NIF (National Identity Number/ Tax Number) or other document accrediting the User’s identity should be attached.

g) The User authorises the processing of the personal data supplied under the above terms. To do so click on “SEND” at the foot of the data collection form.
